March 20 Update from Confederation Centre
The Confederation Centre team is closely monitoring the evolving pandemic situation each day. Our performances, education programs and exhibitions remain closed to the public, along with the Centre complex itself. Our primary concern is the safety, health, and well-being of our staff, our artists, and our wonderful patrons.
All activities have been cancelled or postponed up to April 19, as well as several activities beyond that date. A full listing can be found at www.confederationcentre.com/whats-on. Some cancelled shows are being re-booked for Fall and Winter and will be announced as their statuses change.
Rose Cousins has rescheduled her hometown album release show for BRAVADO, to October 24 in the Homburg Theatre. Anyone still holding tickets for the original March 21 date will automatically be moved over to this new date unless they desire a refund or wish to donate the price of their tickets back to the Centre.
As a charitable organization, the Centre appeals for patrons’ ongoing support during this time by suggesting they donate the value of their ticket(s) back to the organization for a charitable donation receipt. Other options include the Centre issuing a credit to a patron account, which will not expire and will be valid on any upcoming Centre shows.
Individuals with pre-purchased tickets to canceled or postponed shows can also contact the box office at 902 566-1267 or 1 800 565-0287, or by email at [email protected]. We are dealing with a high volume of transactions and greatly appreciate our patrons’ cooperation thus far.
Please visit the Centre website and Centre social media for up-to-date information on Confederation Centre’s response to this evolving situation.
